I would also like to thank Missouri NAACP Units for the tremendous support you gave in support of the NAACP National Convention in K.C. We are so very grateful to Kansas City NAACP, the Faith, Business and Community cooperation, that made us all proud. Click here if you did not receive your TOOL Kit,
We must now get ready for the State Convention in St. Louis at 10:00 a.m.September 24th through Saturday evening September 25th, concluding with the Banquet. Guest Hotel is the Crowne Plaza.

Please arrange your schedule to stay through the entire conference which ends after the Banquet and our conference sponsor for the event will be the key note speaker.
Please mark your calendar for the March on Washington D.C. October 2, 2010. I am awaiting quotes from bus lines, and will get that information to you as soon as possible after I receive it. The event will start Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m so we know we will have to leave Friday morning..
Please start to recruit for the trip. I already have a list of some names and I will get the amount and required deposit ASAP. We will start the bus from Kansas City, because it will cost us considerable more to start it from Wichita, Ks. They may ride with us but they will need to board in K.C. Missouri.
